Mr. Rosenberg has served as general counsel and advisor to numerous domestic and international businesses, organizations and individuals on corporate, technology and emerging business ventures, international real estate and project development, business immigration, trade, sports and entertainment, dispute resolution and government issues.  Tom has lectured extensively throughout the international emerging markets on immigration and trade issues.

Tom continues to advise clients at the forefront of AI, technology, and innovation, including FinTech, blockchain, and digital platform enterprises. His practice spans regulatory strategy, commercial structuring, and dispute resolution support.  Currently, Tom is also advising on project development in the MENA region, as well as emerging market supply chain and distribution initiatives. He also represents clients in negotiations, cross-border structuring, and before regulatory agencies, providing nuanced counsel in a rapidly evolving legal and technological landscape.

Prior to his work in the private sector, Tom served as Legal Counsel to the Illinois Senate, Legislative District Office Chief of Staff, Cook County Arbitrator, and as a Judicial Hearing Officer for the Secretary of State.  In the professional sports arena, Tom has also served as an NBA-registered player agent and has worked with professional athletes across multiple U.S. national sports leagues, including basketball, football, and baseball. 

Tom also continues to dedicate a significant portion of his time and energy to a range of civic and charitable organizations in the Southern California community. He serves as President of the South Coast Interfaith Council, coaches youth sports through the YMCA of San Pedro and the Palos Verdes Youth Basketball League, and served as a director of Hands of Peace. He also lends his leadership to the boards of several other nonprofit organizations committed to community building and social impact.​
